At Nova Austral, we provide professional digital marketing and consulting services tailored to each client. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are handled under specific conditions outlined below.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if requested within 7 days of the initial payment and before any work has commenced.

Once work has started—including but not limited to strategy development, campaign setup, research, onboarding, or content creation—refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued only at NovaAustral’s discretion.


Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated or delivered, in whole or in part:

  • Digital marketing strategy development

  • Advertising campaign setup and management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

  • Content creation (copywriting, creatives, videos, designs)

  • SEO audits, implementations, or optimizations

  • Consulting sessions or advisory services

  • Subscription-based or retainer services after the billing period has started

All digital deliverables are considered “used” once access or delivery has been provided.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Cancellation after work has begun but before project completion

  • Prepaid services where only part of the scope has been delivered

In such cases, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed, time invested, and resources allocated.


No Guaranteed Results Disclaimer

Nova Austral does not guarantee specific results such as rankings, revenue, leads, or conversions. Refunds will not be issued based on performance outcomes, as results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.


Payment Processing & Refund Timing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank

Transaction fees charged by third-party processors are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider or bank

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at info@novaaustral.com


Subscription & Retainer Services

Recurring or retainer-based services may be canceled with written notice before the next billing cycle.
Once a billing cycle has started, fees for that period are non-refundable.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting NovaAustral may result in immediate suspension of services and termination of the agreement. We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.
